Meet Our Providers

Amanda
Amanda Esch

Amanda Esch received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and her Masters of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner at Franciscan University of Steubenville. She has been a Nurse since 2007 and a Nurse Practitioner since 2009. As a Nurse Amanda worked at Nationwide Children’s Hospital on the Neuroscience Unit. Amanda joined At Your Door Healthcare Services in 2018. She visits several Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Skilled facilities throughout the community. Amanda lives in Heath with her husband and 5 young children, 3 girls and 2 boys. They enjoy hiking and downhill skiing.

Angela
Dr. Angela Palitto

Dr. Angela Palitto is an emergency medicine physician who works in many hospitals in this area and recently in Michigan. She graduated with her medical degree from Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Colorado. Her Master’s degree in Public Health is from American Public University, and her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition is from Michigan State University. She was a medic in the Air Force Reserves for 5 years and a Flight Surgeon for Active-duty Air Force for 2 years prior to specializing in emergency medicine. She is passionate about providing high quality care and truly connecting with each patient and their families in order to provide the personalized care that they deserve. When not working, Angela enjoys baking, traveling, and concerts. She has an awesome 13-year-old daughter Kayla, loving fiancé, Steven and 9-month-old puppy, Luna, and a 7 year old boxer, Marley. Her most unique experience in life so far has been flying in the Stratosphere in the U-2 spy plane with a space suit on and she’s always open to more adventures in the future!

Brian
Brian Weikert

Brian Weikert is an Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. Brian has been a Registered Nurse for 22 years with over 19 years in School Nursing and over 12 years in Critical Care. He works as a School Nurse in the New Albany school system and joined the At Your Door team in 2019.

Brian received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mount Carmel College of Nursing in 1997. He obtained his Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Clinical Nurse Leadership from Otterbein University in 2015. Last year, he completed his Post-Master’s Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in Adult Gerontology from the University of Cincinnati.

In his free time, Brian has been a soccer coach at many levels for the last 17 years. He’s currently an assistant coach with the women’s team at Capital University. Brian lives in Westerville with his wife, Gwen and their four children, Daniel, Ellen, Gabriel and Owen. Brian enjoys supporting his children throughout the year in their activities and is an avid Star Wars fan and collector!

Carla
Carla Ledbetter

Carla Ledbetter is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated from The Ohio State University. She recently joined At Your Door Visiting Healthcare Services. She brings 20+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse practicing primarily in acute care facilities. She specialized in Congestive Heart Failure and Heart Transplant recipients along with Assist Device recipients for the last 10 years of her career. Carla has been married for over 29 years to her husband, Mark. They have three children, the youngest in his senior year of high school. She loves to spend time with her family. Looks forward to “coffee chat” with her mom and extended family every week. When not working, Carla enjoys reading, Clearwater beach, yoga, and watching her husband and both daughters coach softball.

Carol Snyder

Carol Snyder received her Master of Science in Nursing degree with a specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Ohio University. She is board certified by The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners National Certification Board. In 2011, she graduated from Ohio University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. Although she specializes in family practice, prior to At Your Door Healthcare Services, she spent 20 years working in the Emergency Department with the Mount Carmel Health System. She has also worked in a clinic setting and is certified in performing joint injections. She resides in Pickerington, Ohio, with her husband and three young children. She enjoys spending time with her family, going to church, and being outdoors. Carol enthusiastically joined At Your Door Healthcare Services in January 2020 and is currently providing individualized, patient-focused care to all of her clients.

Cassaundra
Cassaundra Finney

Cassaundra Finney is an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University College of Nursing while playing trombone for The Ohio State University Marching Band. She obtained her Master’s degree from The University of Cincinnati, but will always consider herself a Buckeye. She has over seven years of experience working with critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit at Riverside Methodist Hospital, and considers geriatrics her third love. Her first love is her husband, Brant, followed closely behind by her second love, Winnie Finney, her 12lb Australian Shepard. Her husband works as a lender for JP Morgan Chase in Polaris. When she isn’t caring for her patients, you will most likely find the three of them camping, boating, relaxing at a bonfire, or spending time with their niece and nephews over the weekends. She recently built a house in Sunbury and is excited grow new roots on eight acres of fresh four wheeling land.

Christine
Christine Stallings

Christine has been practicing nursing for 23 years providing care to critically ill patients. She graduated from The Ohio State University in May of 2020 with her MSN. She is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who cares for patients with empathy and acceptance of others. She has been married for 21 years and has 3 children and 2 grandchildren. She has a passion for yoga, the zoo, and animals.

Cierra Ramey

Cierra Ramey received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Ohio University and her Masters of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner at Chamberlain University. She has been a nurse since 2012. As a nurse she worked in skilled nursing and home health settings. Cierra joined At Your Door in 2020 and visits assisted living, independent living and skilled facilities throughout the community. She lives in Circleville with her husband and son. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and reading a good book!

Crystal
Crystal Fortuna

Crystal Fortuna is a nationally certified Physician Assistant, working in geriatric primary care. She graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Findlay, where she was active in Habitat for Humanity and spent time researching cancer cell growth and microbial growth. She received her Master’s degree from the University of Findlay as well. She is passionate about primary care medicine and educating patients so they can help make informed decisions and become engaged in their healthcare. She is also a big proponent of mental health awareness, and completed her Master’s research on medication treatments for opioid addiction. While completing her clinical rotations, she developed her love of working with geriatric patients. When Crystal isn’t at work, she enjoys nature and being outdoors, especially hiking with her 6-month-old hound puppy, Hazel. She also loves spending time with her family and friends, going to concerts/live music, and reading. Most of all, she loves exploring downtown Cincinnati, where she lives, and is always the first to try new, local restaurants. Her favorite place to be is on the beach in the Outer Banks of NC, or down south in the Gulf of Mexico.

Diana
Diana Harless

Diana graduated with her ADN in 1996. Her passion was to go back to school once her kids graduated high school but until then, she continued to work as a nurse providing patient care in a variety of settings. Diana obtained her bachelor’s degree, and then her family nurse practitioner MSN degree in 2014 from Ohio University. (Go Wildcats!!) Since graduation until recently, she worked as an NP at Grant Wound Center and worked in various assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. In 2017 she was hired on with At Your Door where she continues to help provide great quality care to our senior population! Diana loves what she does as a provider: helping not just the patient, but their family members and the staff of her communities. She is a very family-oriented person! She loves camping, cats, playing video games, and watching movies. Diana comes from a very large family were there are two sets of twins!

Douglas-C
Douglas C. Caserta

Doug is retired from the United States Air Force with over 20 years of military experience. While in active duty, Doug obtained a BS in Social Psychology from Park University. He has over 27 years of nursing experience in a wide variety of nursing roles. He earned an AS degree in nursing from Indiana University– Kokomo and a BS degree in nursing from Indiana University– East. Doug completed a MSN in primary care nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University. Doug is a retired Paramedic/Firefighter with over 35 years’ experience. Doug is married with two daughters, a stepdaughter, three grandchildren, and three step-grandchildren. Doug and his wife are very active in their local Catholic parish as lectors, Eucharistic ministers, bereavement committee members, parish and finance councils, and strong advocates for the poor. Doug is also a Fourth Degree Sir Knight and Financial Secretary for Knights of Columbus Council #3698. He currently is working as adjunct nursing faculty at Indiana University-East and as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Family Nurse Practitioner for At-Your-Door.

Karen
Karen Posey

Karen Posey is a Family Care Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing for the past five years in a cardiology practice in Zanesville, OH. She has been working at this location since graduating with her Master’s degree in Nursing from Wheeling Jesuit University in 2015. Prior to her advanced degree, she provided acute care in the Intensive Care Unit at Genesis Healthcare in Zanesville. She holds dual undergraduate degrees in both Education and Nursing from the Ohio State University and Mount Carmel College of Nursing. While earning her degrees she participated in Sigma Theta Tau due to her academic achievements and had the privilege of earning a spot with the Ohio State National Equestrian Team. Karen is the mother to four amazing children. Her oldest Kadence is 16, followed by Bridgette 14, Piper 9, and Ketcher 6. There is nothing she loves more than being with her children and her husband of 21 years, Ben. Karen spends her spare time working in her yard, riding bikes as a family, hiking local trails, and kayaking on the Kokosing river.

Kathryn Harkenrider

Kathryn graduated with her BSN in 2012 and went on to get her Masters as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2017. Kathryn served 8 years in the US Army including 4 of those as a Practical Nursing Specialist! Kathryn has 3 beautiful children and when she isn’t working, she coaches cheerleading and baseball. She volunteers with Kettering City Schools providing athletic physicals. She also loves to run!

Kenzi
Kenzi Schafer

Kenzi Schafer is a certified physician assistant and has been with At Your Door: Visiting Healthcare Services since 2018. She works mainly in Zanesville, Ohio, in both assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. Kenzi graduated from Marietta College in 2010 with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She obtained her Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Health Science from Marietta College in 2008.Kenzi worked for Genesis Medical Group from 2010 until 2019. She worked in electrophysiology for almost five years and then gastroenterology for over five years. She was elected as co-chair for the Advanced Practice Provider committee at Genesis Healthcare System in 2018.Kenzi and her husband Tyler live in Cambridge with their two children, Emri (8) and Trae (4). She enjoys traveling and coaching youth sports.

Lisa Greenwalt

Lisa Greenwalt is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She graduated with her Master’s degree from The Ohio State University with a specialty in Psychiatric Mental Health. Before serving as psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, Lisa was an RN in the medical surgical unit of the float pool at The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center. As a float pool RN, she was often caring for patients with dementia on the Alzheimer’s and dementia focused floor. Lisa has a passion for working with the geriatric population and strives to incorporate a holistic approach to psychiatric care.

Prior to becoming a nurse, Lisa was a Social Worker and worked in the area of foster care and adoptions. As an employee of The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Services, she served as the legal guardian for approximately 70 children ranging in ages from newborn to 21. Lisa was responsible for the placement of these children into various adoptive homes throughout the US. This desire to help others guided her to a career in nursing and ultimately to become a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.

Lisa is married and has 3 beautiful fur babies. In addition, they have started the process to eventually become foster/adoptive parents. Adoption is something Lisa has thought about and desired for many years. She is excited to become a parent for a child/children who need a loving family.

Lisa Popovich

Lisa Ann Popovich is a Board-Certified Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Master of Science degree in nursing at Northern Kentucky University with a graduate program focus as an adult gerontology primary care nurse practitioner. She holds national certifications with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as well as the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has enjoyed 11 years of nursing experience at the bedside in various specialties including subacute inpatient care, wound care and outpatient skilled care. Her passion is caring for the elderly and working with them to maintain a balance for optimal health and wellness through patient driven care. Away from work she enjoys reading, interior design, traveling, baking, and anything related to cosmetology.

Maggie Juett

Maggie Juett is a Family Nurse Practitioner and has been with At Your Door since 2016. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Miami University, a master’s degree in general nursing from Depaul University in Chicago, and a master’s degree in advanced practice nursing from The Ohio State University. Her clinical experience includes Emergency Medicine, Interventional Radiology, Electrophysiology, and Neuro Critical Care. Maggie’s clinical interests include geriatric medicine, atrial fibrillation management, stroke prevention, and functional medicine. She takes great pride in working for a woman led business that empowers the nurse practitioner role. In her free time, Maggie enjoys being outside whenever possible, yoga, hiking, cooking, and spending time at home with her husband, daughter, and very old Labrador.

Michelle
Michelle Galloway

Michelle Galloway is an Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner that comes with over 5 years of long-term care/geriatric nursing experience. The focus of Michelle’s education has been to work with the elderly, and she is a graduate of The Ohio State University Nursing Program. Michelle earned a Master’s degree in Cellular Pathology in 2002 and then went on to teach high school biology and chemistry from 2003-2009 at Tri-Valley High School in Dresden Ohio. Michelle decided that health care was her passion so she enrolled in Ohio State Nursing Program and graduated in 2013 with a Masters in Nursing and earned her Nurse practitioner certification as well. Michelle moved to Gahanna, Ohio in 2012 with her husband and two children. Her husband has been an optometrist in Zanesville, Ohio for over 17 years. Michelle is happy to call Gahanna, Ohio her home. Her favorite hobbies are running, working out, reading, cooking, coaching her kids, and spending time with her family. Her daughters are athletes who play basketball and volleyball along with running cross country and track and field in the Gahanna Lincoln School District.

Misti Holland

Misti Holland has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2014. She started her nursing career graduating from Mount Carmel College of Nursing in 2009 with her BSN and worked as a Registered Nurse on a telemetry/med-surg unit for five years. She obtained her MSN, Family Nurse Practitioner’s degree through Mount Carmel College of Nursing as well. Misti started her journey with At Your Door Visiting Healthcare Services in 2018 and really enjoys providing care in Assisted Living settings! She also currently works in a Retail Health Clinic setting in which she provides both acute and chronic care to patients of all ages. She has been in that setting since 2014 and really enjoys the opportunity to provide care to such a diverse population with various needs. Aside from education and work, she and her husband have four beautiful little girls that keeps her on her toes! Two out of four of her girls are in gymnastics and the gym is her second home! She loves the gym life and tries to fit relaxing at home as a family of six in whenever possible! Misti is truly passionate about what she does for a living and enjoys making differences in people’s lives.

Nicole Shroyer

Nicole Shroyer is a Family Nurse practitioner. Nicole received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from The University of Toledo, and her Masters of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner at The Mount Carmel School of Nursing. She has been a Nurse for 24 years and a Nurse Practitioner for the last 6 years. As a nurse, Nicole worked at OSU Medical Center for 20 years, 10 years in the SICU and 10 years in Post-Operative Recovery Room. Nicole joined At Your Door Healthcare Services in 2016. She visits several assisted livings and Skilled facilities throughout the community. Nicole lives in New Albany with her husband and three teenage boys and two dogs.

Sarah Hartfield
Sarah Hartfield

Sarah Hartfield, RN-CNP graduated with her BSN at Mount Carmel College of Nursing in 2003.She did all of her bedside nursing on a medical surgical unit at Mount Carmel West until she graduated with her MSN from Otterbein University in 2013. After graduation she started at The Ohio State University Medical Center in the department of Family Medicine where she also has experience in urgent care and occupational medicine. However, she has a passion for geriatrics, which is what brought her to At Your Door in the fall of 2018. Outside of work, Sarah is married and has three children and quite a few furry family members. All three kids play hockey, so if not at work, she will likely be found at the hockey rink. She enjoys gardening, traveling and spending time with her family.

Sarah Hollis

Sarah Hollis is a nurse practitioner with At Your Door. She graduated with both her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Mount Carmel College of Nursing. Prior to obtaining her master’s degree in 2014, Sarah worked as a floor nurse on a medical surgical unit as well as in the ICU. As a nurse practitioner she has worked in a retail clinic and for the past 3 years has been a part of the At Your Door team. Sarah is married with 3 children (two boys and one girl) and loves to spend time with family/friends and travel during her free time.

Valarie Langel
Valarie Langel

Valarie Langel has been a Nurse Practitioner since May 2014. She has been a part of the At Your Door team since June 2017 seeing patients in skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, and assisted living. She graduated from Otterbein University with honors and obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner Certification. She is board certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She has been a registered nurse since 2010, and was an RN at Riverside Methodist Hospital in cardiology and med-surg prior to her NP. She has worked as an NP in many areas, such as urgent care and gastroenterology. Valarie is married to her husband Matt, and they have two children, Savannah and Brayden and they reside in Pataskala, Ohio. She has a passion for geriatrics and truly loves her residents like they are her own family.
